We collect information you provide directly. Name, email, role (learner, coach, or parent), and any content you create (drills, assignments, progress logs). We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the platform.

We use your data to operate the platform, connect coaches with students, track skill progress, and send essential notifications (assignment updates, session reminders). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Coach profiles, student progress, and pool submissions are stored in our database. In-memory data may be used for demo environments and is not persistent.

We use session cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.
