Platform Use
swim.et provides a platform to discover swimming pools, connect with coaches, and track swimming progress. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
Coach Listings
Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, qualifications, and availability. swim.et does not verify every coach certification in real-time. Users should conduct their own due diligence before booking lessons.
Pool Information
Pool data is crowdsourced and community-verified. Prices, hours, and amenities change frequently. Always confirm details with the pool directly before visiting. swim.et is not liable for outdated or incorrect pool information.
Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of content they create (drills, progress logs, reviews). By posting content, you grant swim.et a license to display and distribute it on the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not post false information, harass other users, or attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Liability
swim.et is an information platform, not a swimming school or insurance provider. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or disputes arising from lessons, pool visits, or coach interactions. Swim at your own risk and always follow safety guidelines.
